Nouvelle tendance d’exercice libéral en pluridisciplinarité guidé par les autorités de santé pour optimiser la couverture des soins primaires en ville.
Plateforme territorial d’appui (PTA ) MSP (maison de santé pluriprofessionnelle) , CTPS ( Communauté territoriale des professionnels de santé)……. Les explications s’imposent.
Le vieillissement de la population croisé avec évolution démographique des différentes zones géographiques en couverture par les professionnels de santé imposent de trouver les alternatives afin de garder la qualité de soins que notre pays connaît. Les directives du ministère de la santé et de solidarité obligent de trouver des solutions et des alternatives pour répondre aux besoins. Les projets et les retours d’expériences nous proposent un autre type de fonctionnement, hier nous étions chacun à part à exercer notre métier, aujourd’hui pour des raisons géographique/ économique/ projet des sons pluridisciplinaire nous évoluons vers un autre mode – plus pertinent et plus efficient dans la prise en soin global et optimal de nos patients. Nous avons les outils informatiques de coordination/messagerie sécurisée/ traçabilité et partage des informations entre les professionnels libéraux et les établissements de soins.
Lors des JDI lors de la conférence ce large sujet sera présenté sous différents angles : ARS – organisation et cadre législatif, CPAM – versant économique, la présidente d’une CTPS en Dordogne nous fera le retour sur expérience d’organisation de la mise en place et du fonctionnement.
